Craig has over 15 years of corporate finance and corporate, institutional and specialised lending experience across New Zealand and London. Prior to setting up Cube Credit, Craig was a Director in Westpac Institutional Bank’s Loan Product team in Auckland, with a focus on origination and structuring of leveraged & acquisition finance, project finance and institutional loans. Craig also has significant expertise and experience in loan syndications and the implementation of multi-bank borrowing structures.
