Nick has over 18 years of banking experience in both the mid-market and institutional lending space, with his particular areas of expertise including leveraged & acquisition finance, project finance, corporate and institutional lending and credit risk management. Prior to setting up Cube Credit, Nick worked for leading financial institutions in New Zealand and London, including Bank of New Zealand, National Australia Bank and Westpac. Nick has led the origination, structuring and execution of a large number of complex debt transactions, with recent focus on corporate M&A and Private Equity backed LBO transactions and project finance transactions in the infrastructure, carbon forestry and energy sectors.
